Support for all measures under the Railway Crossing Act (EKrG), the Water Road Act (WaStrG) and free agreements analogous to the EKrG Development, monitoring and negotiations of cross-border agreements and, where appropriate, planning agreements and follow-up agreements Leading control of the necessary voting and approval processes for crossing agreements between DB InfraGO AG, road load carriers and third parties as well as the approval authorities Contact function for project participants in the field of project management/planning and for authorities (circulation government, transport ministries, railway federal office, road load carriers) on rail crossings in the large project Examination of design planning on cross-border situations and the establishment of plausibility between plan law and cross-border agreement Participation in the project management of the large-scale project in interface topics such as scheduling and cost planning, technical planning, basic acquisition, line crossings, risk management, financing Your responsibility lies in the design, implementation and acceptance of hardware and software extensions and the introduction of new processes Contract management and control of an engineering contract incl. Your profile:
