You're expecting You are responsible for the monthly fee billing with SAP SuccessFactors taking into account all legal and operational regulations. You are competent:e contact person:in and consultant:in for all stakeholders:inside on billing, wage tax and social insurance issues. You are also responsible for legal reporting and certification as well as for communication with external authorities and offices. The master data management to prepare the pay billing and the creation of personal statistics and evaluations is one of your tasks. You accompany and coordinate the audits and audits that are regularly up to us. You work closely with your colleague: inside the HR Administration team and are regularly in exchange with the teams from Tax, Finance and Controlling. For the successful implementation of projects in the area of Payroll, you continuously shape and optimize our processes.

You have gained several years of professional experience in the pay billing with SAP, ideally SuccessFactors. You bring well-founded knowledge in tax and social security law, as well as ideally in labour law. You are familiar with provisions and topics related to occupational retirement. You already have first experience in cooperation in projects, in the optimal case in the SAP environment. Your independent and reliable operation is characterized by sense of responsibility, confidentiality and loyalty. You're a pay-affin and bring analytical skills. Your appearance is open, friendly and sovereign and you like to work in a team. You can safely handle the current MS Office programs (especially Excel). You have very good knowledge of German and, in the best case, you also have good knowledge of English.
