Around 200 employees are involved in our core business area of the rental and management of their own property portfolio. Leadership of employees Organisation and control of technical house management (object control/care, object care) Negotiating and implementing framework, maintenance and service contracts Creation of technical concepts and their implementation Coordination of maintenance operations Further development of standards and facility management software Report to management Cooperation, support and further development of technical object managers

Completed degree facility management or civil engineering / TGA Multiannual professional experience in a similar position Guide thickness Good knowledge of building technology, contracting Commercial understanding Economic thinking and action Self-responsible, self-responsible and result-oriented operation Secure appearance, teamability Secure handling of MS-Office, as well as other IT systems
