For one of our customers in Rostock, we are looking for an experienced workshop welder (m/w/d) with takeover option as of 01.01.2026. Own-responsible takeover of repair work on construction machines in the workshop Creating and reading drawings, solution-oriented thinking when repairing Welding in various methods on construction machines Self-creating material Repair and adjustment work on hydraulic systems and vehicle electronics

Successfully completed training as a land or construction machine mechatronic, motor vehicle mechanic for commercial vehicles or a similar training (Schlosser/Schweisser) Welding certificates desirable (if any) Practical experience in the repair of construction machines as well as knowledge in hydraulics and vehicle electronics Commitment, team capacity, resilience, richness of ideas Good German knowledge Working hours Mo.-Fr. 07-16
