Intensify our team in the social security business unit full-time with work place in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area – and come forward with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

You can contact our customers by phone and/or in writing, answer their questions and support them in dealing with our software. You document the solutions in our ticket system You deal with complex topics and analyze them independently or together in the team You work with development, quality assurance and product management in the development process as needed You can use the daily system care at our customers via remote access You represent the application support at customer events or on site at our customers You actively shape the development of the team and optimize internal processes You actively support the transition from our inventory software to the new software generation

You have a pronounced customer orientation and brings communication strength with Ideally, you already have experience in the field of SGB VIII or comparable legal bases. You draw your attention through an independent, solution-oriented way of working and team skills You are interested in software, have an IT affinity and a basic technical understanding Ideally, you have first experiences in support Ideally, you have technical knowledge of how software works, such as database connections in desktop or web applications.
