Further information: https://www.finn.com/ Your role As Senior Accounting Specialist (m/w/x) you support our Debitor Accounting Team in Germany and take responsibility for individual business processes and companies in our ERP System SAP S/4HANA. You always have an eye on the quality of the data in our subsystems and in close consultation with other teams at FINN. At the same time, you are constantly helping to improve our accounting processes and identify automation and improvement measures in your field and accompany their implementation.

Your impact & tasks You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Debitor team and support your team with operational tasks. You check and secure data quality in our subsystems and ensure efficient accounting processes. To do this, you identify optimization potential in our automated processes through suitable controls and analyses. You create and analyze open post lists, maturity analyses, etc. You check the mapping of business incidents in accounting according to HGB and tax regulations and internal guidelines. You support annual and monthly financial statements and are contact person:in debitoral matters for auditors and tax advisors. You work closely with internal departments to ensure efficiency and minimize financial risks.

That's what you bring You have a completed vocational training or a bachelor's degree in the field of business. You have several years of professional experience in debitor management, ideally in a leading position. You have profound knowledge of accounting (HGB) as well as the application of accounting software (ideally SAP S/4HANA). IFRS is a plus. You bring an analytical way of thinking, good technical skills and a high number affinity. You're motivated and look after details. You have communication strength and are good at motivating your team. You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
