They have successfully completed vocational training in the chemical sector, e.g. as a chemical agent (m/w/d) (or comparable) paired with a further training to the technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) Alternatively, you can convince by a completed degree (e.g. process engineering, chemical engineering or chemistry) You have several years of professional experience as leadership in (chemical) production Your experiences with methods from Lean Management and Project Management are beneficial You work independently and with your own initiative and sense of responsibility
