HR Specialist (m/f/d)

As HR Specialist (d/m/w), you are part of a 7-member team and a central employee for employees as well as executives in all payroll, payroll and social insurance issues. You are responsible for preparing, implementing and preparing the pay bill for around 700 employees in SAP HCM in compliance with all legal, collective and operational requirements You advise employees on topics such as occupational retirement, value credit model and benefits You care and manage personal master files in digital systems and ensure high data quality You actively contribute to the optimization and further development of our HR processes You communicate with external interfaces such as financial offices, authorities, health insurance companies and service providers You accompany the entire Employee Life Cycle with a focus on payroll-relevant topics and start reporting, evaluations and statistics

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by a further training in the field of wage and salary accounting You have at least 5 years of professional experience in pay billing as well as in-depth knowledge in pay tax, social security and labour law You like to work in the team, join us and enjoy working on new topics A structured, independent way of working as well as a good priority management You bring the willingness to work into our system landscape (SAP HCM, Centric, Forcont) Very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and good knowledge of English (min. B1) complete your profile
