Projektmanager (m/w/d)

How/Where? 40 hours/week, 53340 Meckenheim

Commodity Input Control: Testing and Creating Delivery Certificates, Freight Papers, Shipping Documents and Orders Shipping documents and orders perform suitability testing (e.g. safety, customer specifications) of the trucks inspection of quality and damage, complaint and damage processing Collection of goods in the system of goods (proAlpha) Marking and proper storage of the goods Communication with suppliers, forwarders and their drivers as well as internally with deviations Cooperation with internal departments as well as service companies and external service providers such as purchasing, production and order processing Support for administrative processes in the warehouse and office as well as participation in inventory General administrative activities Support Reception Working with improvement and digitization projects, e.g. process standardization Compliance and monitoring of safety directives, work instructions and legal regulations

Complete training in the field of warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification Ideally, multi-year professional experience in logistics Safe, binding and friendly appearance Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of goods management systems and MS-Office Valid forklift truck and experience with forklift trucks e.g. front trucks, thrust truck trucks Physical loadability Organisational skills and flexibility, sense of responsibility, high degree of reliability and teamability Analytical thinking and the ability to act quickly in a dynamic environment
