Your contribution

• Consumption of fault messages and introduction of necessary deficiencies
• Regular function control of lighting and sanitary facilities, if necessary Repair and troubleshooting
• Handicraft and auxiliary activities and moving services
• Ensuring the timely and qualitatively perfect performance
• Execution of reconstructions and cleaning work in the technical field as well as building tours incl. Documentation
• Implementation of small repairs and replacement and renewal of wear material

You bring that with

• Successfully completed vocational training in a technical structure, desirable as painter and painter
• Ideally first experience in building services and office large locations
• Affinity for digital tools (tablet, smartphone, service app & Outlook)
• driving licence class 3 or B of advantage
• Electrotechnically instructed person (EuP)
