Description of posts

Insurance: You develop tailor-made insurance solutions for the company customers of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken, for occupational retirement, occupational health and accident insurance and value accounts, so that they can look relaxed into the future.

• Consultation: The focus is on what our customers really are moving. You can identify your needs and accompany them personally or digitally on the way to more security.
• Customer management: Trust grows with every contact. You care about existing relationships and inspire new customers with individual insurance concepts.
• Knowledge transfer: You identify market opportunities and support the sales partner and the team with your knowledge to become even more successful together.

Qualifications

• Insurance training, e.g. insurance specialist, insurance businessman (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Finded technical and sales knowledge in the bAV business and in tax-relevant topics
• Communication strength, empathy and expressed customer orientation
• Digital affinity and self-initiative
