Senior Security Operations Center (SOC) Engineer (m/f/d)

The CoE Governance & Security is constantly evolving due to increasing regulatory requirements and increasing the threat situation in information security. Welcome to an exciting working environment, where you will take IT security to the next level with your SOC expertise. You are an experienced SOC specialist and monitor our IT systems to detect security incidents in real time. Take into account the current threat situation and technological developments. With your focus on SOAR, you will develop the automation of our defense measures, optimize our reaction plans and integratively develop new systems. Python skills are helpful. As an Incident handler, you process security incidents and take immediate action according to our Playbooks and Runbooks. You can recognize potential IT threats by Threat Hunting and analysis of anomalies. As part of the SOC team, you will take part in our 24/7 readiness after successful incorporation, which will be fairly rewarded.

A successfully completed study in Computer Science or Business Informatics, alternatively a comparable qualification, forms the basis of your expertise. You have extensive experience in an SOC with the focus on maintaining and developing a SOAR system, and you are very helpful to know the most important standards and best practices of Regulatorik on information security and risk management in financial companies. As a team player, you can identify potential risks quickly and effectively guide solutions. Very good German language skills are required for internal and external communication.
