Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Job ID: 25PDLHB8 For our Truendorff Housing area with the focus: Integrating assistance for people with care needs, we are looking for a nursing service manager (m/w/d) at the next possible time in full or part-time (min. 30 hours/week). Your new workplace in Ilten The home area at the Ilten site consists of three houses where we offer around 115 people a home – accompanied by a dedicated team with about 45 full-time staff. Our focus in the main house is on integration aid for people with care needs. We allow for individual and as independent as possible living, whether in residential communities or cared for housing. What distinguishes us particularly: care without examination by the medical service and plenty of space for your personal involvement in everyday work. Ensuring and further developing needs-oriented care standards and care quality Planning, implementation and evaluation of care and care processes Training, guidance and further development of employees in the care sector Modern personnel and service planning

3-year, completed vocational training as a nurse (m/w/d) Complete further education on the specialist for management tasks in nursing care (FLP) or for nursing care services §71 SGB XI or started studies in healthcare At least 2 years of professional experience as a nursing service or its representation Experience in personnel deployment planning Safe handling of MS Office and digital care documentation Joy of communication, organization and team leadership This position addresses you very much, but do you not yet meet 100% of what we want?
