Take responsibility for a specialized team in real estate and intermediary business. You develop employees, tax the sales success of the department and shape their strategic orientation. In doing so, you combine leadership with distributive thinking, meet decisions, set impulses and create an environment in which employees can take responsibility and be successful. At the same time, you continue to expand our network in the intermediary business and sustainably strengthen the position of the IMMO market.

Your tasks: Leadership & Development You guide your team professionally and disciplinefully, develop employees individually and promote a trusted, performance-oriented cooperation. With regular feedback, clear goals and open communication, you create orientation and support the personal development of your employees. Strategic development & sales management You are developing the IMMO market strategically, setting impulses for the future orientation of the area and responsible for the achievement of the sales goals. You actively control measures and keep market changes and potentials in mind. Responsibility for results, quality & risks You take responsibility for the economic development of the department and ensure a balanced management of yield, quality and risks. In addition, you ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Intermediate Business & Network Management You strengthen existing partnerships, develop the intermediary network and build sustainable relationships with relevant market partners:inside. You will recognize opportunities in the market and use them for the further development of the business. Making cooperation & driving change You work with different interfaces across the range, actively accompany projects and changes, and provide impulses for a future-oriented development of the IMMO market.

That's what you bring: Bachelor with focus on BWL / Finance, Sparkassenbetriebswirt:in or a comparable qualification with technical reference Experience in the leadership of employees and teams Multiannual sales experiences in the field of real estate financing and/or real estate agency, ideally from the, Sparkassenumfeld Embossed feel for current and future developments in the real estate segment as well as for market and customer needs Strategic thinking, strength of decision and a high degree of sense of responsibility Communication strength, persuasiveness and joy in developing people and shaping changes
