Professional management of staff in the area of court management and implementation of personnel deployment planning Management of the shift audits and participation in the weekly meetings with executives Ensuring a smooth exchange of information between the layers in close coordination with the handling line, and also ensuring compliance with the farm rules of our logistics area Organisation of the provision of interchangeable bridges for loading and unloading as well as control and monitoring of vehicle departures according to timetable Coordination of the discharge of small vehicles and 7.5 tons, monitoring of the processes in the discharge pool for vehicles of our suppliers / transport partners Assessment of damage to transport containers, planning and coordination of truck loading and unloading processes to ramps, to minimize waiting times and optimize farm logistics via slot management Monitoring the process maintenance and testing of the implementation of new measures, analysis and evaluation of performance indicators in order to pursue business objectives

Complete training as a specialist for warehouse logistics or comparable training as well as professional experience in the field of forwarding / logistics / envelope / motor driver First experience in managing employees Enforcement capability with high team orientation, good communication capability Structured, organised and targeted working methods Good communication skills Ready for shift and Saturday work
