As an experienced Solution Architect (m/w/d) design and design our products in the field of radio communication. You analyze customer and system requirements, accompany technical tuning and specify system tests. You coordinate cooperation with interdisciplinary fields, project partners and subcontractors: Creation of concepts for systems and subsystems Implementation of requirements analysis and management Creation of specifications, test concepts and documents Negotiating technical content with customers, partners and suppliers Definition, planning and control of work packages Implementation of technical reviews and audits as well as the creation of technical decision templates Market observation of current technical trends

For these tasks we are looking for generalists who can serve a wide range of technical topics. Studies in news technology, electrical engineering, information technology or computer science or a comparable technical degree Experience in the development, production or realization of radio communication systems Multiannual professional experience in a technical development department Experience in the professional management of developer teams or project groups Knowledge of the technical handling of projects Imprinted communication capability at eye level and enforcement capability German and English knowledge (in word and writing) readiness to travel Terms such as modulation, coding, link layer and MAC are familiar to you and awaken your professional passion. If You also have knowledge of adjacent topics such as e.g. network protocols, IT security, HF and antenna technology, embedded microelectronics or electronics manufacturing, we would like to get to know them.
