You make sure that guests can stop their visit with us without any problems and help with questions or concerns.

Information and advice: At the reception you will find the contact point for all questions and concerns of guests, whether with regard to the best restaurants, sights or activities in the area. Your goal is to make the stay of guests unforgettable by giving them valuable advice and recommendations.

Reservation:You will be happy with booking requests and ensure that guests' needs and wishes are met in terms of their stay with us. Your reservation management skills contribute to providing every guest with a tailored and unforgettable experience.

Complaint management: Sometimes there are small stumbling blocks. You're the problem solver that turns complaints into a smile.

Cash management: You always keep the financial overview and ensure that all bookings and transactions are correctly and accurately recorded. Your accuracy and reliability are of great importance here.

Hospitality: You stand by our guests with your open and cordial way with advice and deed and draw the greatest motivation from it when the guest leaves our house radiantly in the end. Your sincere cordiality and strong empathy enable you to put yourself in the position of the guests and understand their needs.

Communication skills: You can convince anyone with your smile and your kind way. You are a team player and you like to work with other departments proactively. Good oral language skills in German and English are important to us.
