In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a project manager network transitions energy networks (m/w/d)* for our Quickborn location near Hamburg at the next time.

You are responsible for the network transfer of electricity and gas networks to both third parties and within the HanseWerk Group. In HanseWerk, you conduct cross-sector cooperation with your colleagues from technical and commercial disciplines and are our interface to the emitting/receiving network operators. Your responsibility extends from the award decision of the concession provider to the acquisition/transfer of the corresponding networks. You are working in close cooperation with our network transition negotiator, who will conduct all negotiations with the issuing/accepting company until the contract is signed. You support the creation of technical scales within the framework of concessions and applications. In addition, you will work with your asset management colleagues to develop the future principles for strategic prioritization of network development measures as well as renewal and maintenance projects. You plan and document all phases of the project and start regular status reports as well as project plans.

You have a completed (special) university degree course with technical (economic) engineering, business management or comparable. In your role as project manager, you are inspired by all participants to continuously improve the process. You review and revise the content on the basis of the strategic objectives and changing framework conditions. You want to help expand the HanseWerk's business with your actions. You actively shape the necessary changes and take advantage of the resulting opportunities. You bring a high level of communication in German and English, a convincing appearance and enforcement capability and are able to present complex facts in general. You want to develop and implement your tasks independently and independently. You take responsibility for your actions and the entire project team.
