Working Student AI Lab Coordination & Empowerment to support our team at the Düsseldorf location for 20 hours/week, limited to 12 months (m/f/d)

Pre- and post-processing of AI-Lab formats: organisational and content support of the Lead KI manager in the planning, implementation and follow-up of Use-Case reviews, Ideation Sessions and community meetings – including creation of aides, invitations, protocols and follow-up of open points Creation of training and skills materials: Work on the creation of training modules, guidelines, best practice documents and hand-applications for the 25 decentralized AI managers in the disciplines – according to specifications and in close coordination with the Lead KI manager Care and development of the AI manager community: Operational care of the community platform and channels: preparation and publication of content, news, resources and event notes; Collection and structuring of feedback and needs from the departments Preparatory cooperation for the AI governance framework: Supporting research and documentation on AI governance topics: Compilation of standards, checklists and templates according to specifications; Maintaining and updating governance documentation in coordination with Lead KI Manager and department management Funneling and Use-Case Coordination Support: Preparatory collection and processing of use-case entries of the departments, compilation of assessment bases and maintenance of the prioritized roadmap overview as support for the Lead KI manager Administrative and organizational support: maintenance of status overviews, appointment coordination for the 25 AI managers, preparation of presentation documents and decision templates for the department management, and support in the logging and documentation of the AI laboratory operation

Continuous studies (Bachelor or Master) in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Communication Sciences, Organisational Development or a comparable subject Basic understanding of artificial intelligence and digitization – deep technical knowledge is not required, but interest in AI topics is assumed Practical affinity for GenAI tools – ideally first experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or comparable platforms and interest in Prompt Engineering Embossed organizational skills and pleasure in coordinating formats, dates and materials Careful, structured working with a view to details – especially when creating documents, protocols and presentations Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel); Experience with collaboration tools (e.g. teams, SharePoint) Communication strength and team capacity – the role requires regular contact with the decentralized AI managers as well as various disciplines Own initiative and reliability in the independent processing of organisational and administrative tasks Interest in healthcare or public sector
