Master Pipe Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Participation in the planning, construction and optimization of the production structure for pipe processing, including machines, workstations, material flow, as well as the selection and procurement of services, machines, tools and equipment within the framework of Capex and Opex planning Introduction and further development of suitable manufacturing processes for pipe processing, welding, assembly and testing as well as the creation and implementation of work instructions, manufacturing standards and process processes, including lean management methods and continuous improvement processes (KVP) Control, monitoring and analysis of ongoing manufacturing processes using IT tools (SAP, Microsoft Office etc.), optimization of layouts, production processes and relevant key figures to ensure quality, cost, productivity and delivery dates Implementation and responsibility for TPM processes (Total Productive Maintenance) as well as efficient resource and material use to ensure high availability of plants and sustainable production performance Ensuring compliance with all manufacturing standards, work instructions and work safety regulations and active participation in the continuous improvement of working and production conditions

Complete technical training with further training as master: in pipe construction as well as a qualification as technician:in or engineer:in the field of mechanical engineering or Production technology, combined with several years of experience in submarine, ship or plant engineering and in the production line, in particular in pipeline and machine/plant engineering Funded knowledge in pipe processing (CNC bending technology), welding technology in the monitored area as well as in the processing of CuNi and CrNi materials, complemented by secure application of ERP/PPS systems and experience in handling production indicators Proven experience in employee management, qualification and organisational development, combined with pronounced social and leadership competence, high communication skills and enforcement and hands‐on mentality Impressed organisational strength, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working, with the ability to actively shape and drive change processes Strong affinity for digital manufacturing processes and the ability to use digital tools specifically to optimize production processes and to increase efficiency
