In the field of “Investment & Protection” lies the responsibility for product management and the sales strategy of all investment and precautionary products for asset customers, Private Banking & Wealth Management. The strategic and operational development of cross-segment business and sales models is another core task. As a central interface, we work closely with sales and all relevant specialist departments as well as the top management across divisions. The management of our external cooperation partners is just as important as the management and connection of other renowned international providers and asset managers. Our focus is on the coordination of funds, private markets, asset management, certificates and insurance products along the entire value chain. We observe and evaluate markets, identify attractive products and trends and develop targeted investment solutions and sales strategies based on them. In addition to implementing regulatory and strategic requirements, the creation of meaningful reporting is one of our tasks. In addition, we are actively working on international projects and bring our expertise into cross-disciplinary initiatives. Project management of investment and protection initiatives, support in the development of sales initiatives and campaigns, preparation of decision-making templates for management and stakeholder management in an international environment are further priorities in our daily work. Position type: Full-time An inspiring and instructive time! During your 15-month trainee program, you will get to know our 360° performance promise and all related products and customer solutions. The focus is on investment solutions in different asset classes and runtimes, strategic investments, direct investment, financial and follow-up planning as well as real estate management. Portfolio management and asset planning means for us far more than the management of short and medium-term investments. Through rotations that you can choose yourself, diverse events as well as a personal mentor or mentor, you also build a network within the bank and across the division. Running rotations is an integral part of your trainee program.
