Construction Manager Building Construction - Civil Engineer / Project Management (m/f/d)

You take over the responsible management and organization of our demanding building projects directly on site. As a central contact person, you control the cooperation of all plants and external partners and ensure a smooth construction process. You lead your construction site team, coordinate the after-contractors and are responsible for the high quality of the construction design. You consistently monitor dates and costs and initiate proactive countermeasures in case of deviations. You are responsible for the follow-up management from recognition to negotiation and thus ensure the economic success of the project.

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, a training as a construction technician or a comparable qualification. You already bring professional experience in the construction management of construction projects. With your communication and leadership, you can control superb construction site teams and project participants. You have a valid class B license. A structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as a high level of responsibility and cost awareness are what you want. You communicate in English in word and writing (C1 level).
