You are studying at iba in the model of the divided week. You are two days on your campus and a maximum of three days at your practice facility. Arriving & configuring: A new residential group that you can help from the outset Family Team: A personal framework where you know, support and take seriously – no anonymous major carrier Relationship work in everyday life: Close, binding and appreciation of children in a manageable setting Planable shift service: 20 hours/week in group service with flexible schedule design in the team Usually late services (12:00 – 21:00) or on weekends (09:00 – 21:00, maximum two weekends a month) Local Early Services (07:00 – 15:00) Night services first from the third semester and only after personal consultation with you Personal mentoring & room for development: expert support through well-founded practical expertise (experience from FSJ, educational training & professional studies) and space for your own ideas
