Preparation, implementation and control of monthly pay billing Takeover of the master data system and management and maintenance of electronic personnel file Responsibility for reporting for billing of charges for own competence Takeover of the maintenance of the time economy and examination of contractual documents Advice on social insurance and wage tax issues Acquisition of social security and professional cooperatives Compliance with procedure instructions and process description of the Payroll area Processing of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts

Closed commercial vocational training, e.g. industrial businessman, tax specialist or study-relevant degree, e.g. business economist with a focus on personnel or accounting At least 3 years of professional experience in pay billing / as a paybook holder Knowledge of the implementation of the wage billing via SAP Knowledge of Swiss payroll (Payroll) Extensive knowledge of pay tax and social security law and collective bargaining law Own responsibility and high reliability Good team and communication skills
