You support the branch management in the organization and control of all operational processes. You also take responsibility for important personnel topics such as the setting of employees, training, instruction and employee talks. You can reliably support the monthly accounts and secure the work protection in your area of responsibility. In addition, you ensure compliance with internal quality standards, prepare certification audits and accompany them. You always have an open ear for our employees and actively contribute to a respectful coexistence that ensures a good operating climate. Last but not least, you work closely with other departments and introduce your ideas for process optimization.

You have a completed commercial training or study, ideally with first leadership experience. In addition, you bring knowledge in the area of personnel management, recruiting and employee discussions. Thanks to your organizational talent and sense of responsibility, you always keep an overview. In addition, you bring experience in preparing and accompanying certification audits.
