In the field of contradictions & procedures: You systematically prepare contradictions and BAS inputs and examine them for legal clarity and formal completeness. You judge independently suits, contradictions and BAS procedures from a professional and legal perspective. You shall assist in the organisational and content preparation of the meetings of the Opposition Committee and the Opposition Division.

In the field of law & treaties: You take over tasks in contract management, especially in the production, testing and maintenance of contracts. You deal with questions of statutory health and care insurance and are involved in the continuation of the statutes. You support staff management in the legal assessment and processing of strategic and operational issues.

You have completed training for the social security specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a comparable qualification. Continuing training for the specialist or business owner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) is desirable. You have a safe handling of relevant IT systems. A strong communication strength, structured working methods and a high degree of self-responsibility and team capacity complete your profile.
