We rely on you: You will develop the annual cost budget for your area of responsibility and ensure compliance with the budget You create the annual planning for maintenance, replacement investments and projects - based on the technical installation availability, identified vulnerabilities and the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the production You are responsible for creating investment plans to optimize processes and productivity of production facilities and to minimize technical risks You ensure the collection of new customer requirements and the planning of technical measures You commission external service providers and ensure their use You cooperate with customer and authorities audits and inspections and represent the interests of the Department of Electrical Engineering to external partners (e.g. FDA, EMEA, Insurance) You observe technological developments, new systems and procedures in the field of digitalization and automation and assess their usability in the company You guide, motivate and develop your employees: both professionally and personally based on the Vetter skills You actively promote the development of sustainable technical solutions in your area of responsibility and continuously promote the further development of your team and the existing processes You will significantly shape the further development of your area of responsibility and actively contribute to the transformation of the department - in line with the current growth course and the defined corporate objectives

How to complete our team: With your completed engineering degree with focus on electrical engineering/automatic engineering/ informatics You have multi-year leadership and professional experience You bring experience in international audits and inspections You bring sound knowledge in the management and coordination of technical projects with With your very good English skills You are characterized by innovative strength, solution orientation and high motivation Their work is organized, methodologically and committed, with a high degree of self-responsibility and target orientation You convince with strong communication and team skills as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation
