For our day support in Pohlheim we are looking for at the next possible time:

(m/w/d)

for 39 hours weekly, unlimited

The day-care facility in Pohlheim employs 50 people with disabilities. Together with experienced colleagues, they support people with disabilities and work across groups in a multidisciplinary team. In addition to the necessary nursing measures, participation offers are carried out in the form of services and simple assembly work within and outside the facility.

You bring:

· A completed training as a curative caregiver, educator, health caregiver, ergotherapeut, or comparable degree

· Experience with people with disabilities

· Willingness to work in different groups

· The ability to reflect your own work

· A high level of team capability

· The ability to act independently and flexibly

· Driving class B (3)

Your tasks include:

· Employment and assistance of adult people with disabilities in different groups

· Support and support of personality development

· Planning, organisation and documentation of educational measures

· Examination and reflection of the joint work with the teams

· Acquisition of representations at all locations of the day-care facility

· If necessary takeover of individual driving services
