Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

You ensure that all regulations on occupational safety and health are complied with – both statutory and internal rules. You plan and implement measures to ensure that the workplace remains safe for everyone. You help our managers to create, develop and document risk assessments and operating instructions. In addition, you can support instruction and training and work closely with our company doctor. You organise and conduct regular meetings of the Safety Committee. You check our plant, technical work equipment and workflows for safety – for example, during tours or discussions with professionals.

You have a completed technical degree or a technical training with further training to the technician or master (m/w/d) – alternatively you are a trained security engineer (m/w/d). We require a completed qualification as a specialist in occupational safety (m/w/d) as well as the corresponding approval according to § 4 DGUV Regulation 2 . In your role as a specialist for occupational safety, you have already gained well-founded practical experience. Good knowledge of work security software, preferably sam® from Secova, as well as tools to maintain training and instruction as well as regulatory requirements, is routine for you. You are characterized by a good understanding of the project, distinct organizational skills and a structured and conscientious way of working. Your economic thinking helps you develop sustainable solutions. You convey occupational safety topics according to target groups and convince with their safe and binding appearance.
