Profile Qualification: Permission to run the profession by nursing profession law Expertise: Complete training on practical instructions (according to PflAPrV) and at least 2 years of professional experience in this function Experience: Finded knowledge in the guidance in complex supply situations and ideally experience in teaching/adult education Soft Skills: Reflective action, pronounced social competence and a high degree of self-organisation Mindset: You understand yourself as a mentor/motivator (m/w/d), who understands flexibility as a chance
