As an employee in our customer service, you are the interface between our customers, sales and operational management in land transport. You promote customer loyalty by receiving transport orders, you are available for questions, and you are offering customized solutions.

independent processing of incoming customer and partner requests as well as complaints, including the support of large customers Support of service requests in direct contact with our national and international partner companies Close exchange with other internal departments (storage/disposition/depreciation/advertising/sales) Performing proactive runtime controls and status messages Processing of differences, overcounts and claims Organisation of cross-border traffic, transfers and special trips

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Professional experience in logistics, at best in the field of roadfreight and customer support Prior knowledge of damage management and/or sea freight Embossed service orientation and communication strength High level of team capability Self-employed and structured work Good knowledge of English and good knowledge of MS Office
