As a member of a motivated team, you are responsible for the processing of food samples for microbiological analysis, such as: Procedure for the detection of pathoghenic bacteria Implementation of casting and counting methods for the detection of spoiling microorganisms Identify microorganisms – microscopic, biochemical, molecular biological and MALDI TOF MS Virus Analytics – Hepatitis A, E and Noroviruses Detection of food allergens by ELISA Working with the EDV LIS.LIMS laboratory The activity takes place in the three-layer system between 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. A weekend service is provided once a month.
They have completed their training as a biotechnical assistant (m/w/d), a dairy laboratory (m/w/d), a biology laboratory (m/w/d) or a similar qualification.
