Building new customer relationships: You identify potential customers, actively contact us by phone and convincingly position our service in the market Arouse interest and convince: You conduct initial discussions, analyze needs and develop tailor-made solutions that inspire new customers sustainably Designing a sales success: You qualify inquiries, start offers and conduct price and contract negotiations with a strategic view and a secure appearance at the conclusion Tech talents win and accompany: You recruit technical staff: inside and attend them during their projects Responsibility: With increasing experience, you take on independent customer projects and develop your own network of customers and candidates:

You have successfully completed your university studies - ideally related to technology or sales You could already gain first experience in sales, recruiting, customer contact or in a service-oriented activity You go proactively to people, inspire others with your communication and can convey complex content in a comprehensible and convincing way You bring with you a pronounced performance orientation, treat yourself and pursue your goals with high motivation and endurance You think entrepreneurial, recognize opportunities and want to shape your career in an environment with diverse perspectives and development opportunities You speak very well German (min. C1) and has a class B driving licence
