Professional and warm welcome of patients and guests Check-in / check-out of our patients Therapy planning of patients and the takeover of various administrative tasks Competent, central contact person within the general patient/guest correspondence Support of the telephone system and processing of the input and output mail

A positive radiance and a friendly, accommodating appearance A completed commercial training or a completed training in the hotel or tourism industry Ideal professional experience at the front desk A pronounced service orientation and a positive approach to stressful situations Good computer skills and secure application of MS Office products
