You lead a team of project quality engineers as part of a challenging battery project at various locations You are responsible for preventive quality planning across the entire product development process (PEP), including the corresponding cost planning You monitor the quality-related project milestones and prepare the series release (PPAP / VDA 2) in time You monitor the quality KPIs of the project and report the status and progress both internally and with the customer You report on the quality of the project in regular management circles at board level You are the central contact for customers and internal specialist departments (development, project management, production) in all quality requirements of the battery project You bring deviations from the implementation of the plan in time for escalation and demand measures and support

Successfully completed studies in engineering (electric engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the quality management of the automotive industry Found experience in leadership of teams or as senior quality engineer with high enforcement power Experience in high-voltage battery systems or power electronics Project management experience Funded knowledge in the current automotive standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA) Analytical thinking, moderative skills Clear communication and presentation at top management level Very good knowledge of German and English
