Your tasks:

As a commercial assistant: you take on diverse tasks in financial and accounting, controlling, personnel management and office management. Financial and accounting: compilation of invoices and reminders, monitoring of payment inputs and outputs, support in payment transactions, liquidity and inventory planning Controlling & Reporting: Preparing monthly and annual accounts, support in budget and economic planning, providing data for tax consulting, and creating presentations and reports Personal administration: maintenance of time recording data, preparation of wage payments, support in recruitment and management of personal files Office management: General office organization, document and contract management, organisation of meetings and events

You have successfully completed a commercial training You could ideally gain professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity You are saddle-proof, especially in handling MS Excel, but also in the other MS Office applications You like to structure yourself and your work yourself You have organizational skills and are also ready to work on new tasks and topics
