Calculation: Offer calculation for serial housing projects in the area of Schleswig-Holstein Quantity determination: use of modern software for quantity determination, e.g. Revit Call for proposals: Creation of performance directories and contract conditions Procurement: Examination and application of the offers as well as conducting negotiations with after-contracting Maintenance of database systems and project documents: organization and updating of our digital project repository as well as database maintenance

Complete technical studies (e.g. civil engineering, architecture) or technical training in a related area Professional experience in construction or real estate (ideally in housing) Knowledge of tendering and awarding Experience in calculation and ideally in the application of Revit and iTwo Structured working methods, analytical skills and pronounced negotiation skills
