Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality execution of the transferred individual tasks Coordination and clarification of delivery dates with the material disposition as well as create and send order confirmations Control and confirmation of delivery dates and order tracking Direct contact for domestic and international customers Check orders according to the offers or framework contracts. If necessary, clarification of open topics both internally and with the customer Close cooperation with the project and specialist departments to achieve secure and economical solutions

successfully completed technical or business training (industrial businessman or similar) Professional experience in the described task field Competence in offering/checking, delivery date coordination and documentation in ERP systems safe handling of MS Office products and an ERP system (preferably Business Central) good English skills in word and writing Own responsibility, logical thinking, targeted action and reliability
