Practice instructor - Nurse (m/f/d)

You plan and design the practical instructions for our trainees based on the official training plan and ensure a high quality of training. You actively guide our junior staff in everyday care, provide them with specialist knowledge directly on the patient bed and provide constructive feedback on their development. You organize and carry out practical examinations and document the learning progress to make the training success transparent to all participants. As a central contact person, you are in close contact with the nursing schools, the residential areas and, of course, the trainees themselves. You create a motivating and open learning environment and, through your enthusiasm, contribute significantly to our apprentices learning to love the nursing profession.

You have a completed training as a nursing specialist (m/w/d) and a further training as a practical manager (m/w/d). You already have first professional experience in nursing and enjoy sharing your knowledge with trainees. As a real model, empathy, reliability and a structured way of working. You are a team player that communicates openly and actively. Very good German knowledge (C1 level) in word and writing complete your profile.
