The Landesbetrieb Immobilienmanagement und Grundfonds (LIG) is the real estate manager of the city of Hamburg. We acquire, manage, develop and implement land and thus make a valuable contribution to sustainable urban development. Our more than 250 employees: we offer multifaceted activities in a modern working environment – teamwork is highly written. The department LIG 4 “stock management” rents, leases and manages the general basic assets. The aim is to utilize the managed real estate stock both as needed and economically. The LIG 4 division generates important revenues for the Hamburg household with the income from the rental and lease of its land. In this context, Unit 41 ''Unstructured Land'' manages the land not cultivated from the city's point of view and deals with basic tax matters.

You... assist in the maintenance of the sub-portfolio ''Unstructured Land'''. the service providers support:internal control, which is responsible for managing the property, e.g. regarding the conclusion or termination of lease and lease contracts, ongoing measures and investments, as well as dunning and receivable management. monitor whether the service providers fulfil their regular and special services. plan and manage the provided budget for the sub-portfolio. take part in (outside) appointments for the quality control of service providers:in and consultations between the LIG and other authorities and associations.

Required university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in an administrative or economic field, such as public management, business management, real estate, or in a comparable field of study; and Immatrikulation in a master's degree course of the above-mentioned subject areas
