The Center Sustainable Infrastructuree is a Europe-wide organizational unit that provides services for the Mercedes-Benz plants in the field of facility management as well as maintenance of the factory infrastructure and energy supply/management. At the Sindelfingen plant, our team is responsible for operating projects and reconstructions for the site. We also coordinate the service providers for cleaning, green and grey care. Our team consists of highly motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your support. You support us in the further development and digitization of our processes for the operational service provider control in the daily workflow. These challenges come to you: Initialization of evaluations and analyses Further development of processes Participation in digital solutions and AI-based approaches to process optimization Further development of the Shopfloor Board to control the daily business Creation of benchmark analyses with other Mercedes-Benz plants Development of key figures for controlling projects and service providers Development of a digital solution for regular tracking of KPIs and measures

Support in the organisation and implementation of workshops The activity can begin from September 2026.

Studies in the field: Economic engineering, facility management, building technology or a comparable degree programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of Microsoft 365

Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Power Automate and Copilot

Analytical and conceptual thinking, very good conception, high digital affinity, high performance motivation, communicative and team-capable
