You combine the analytical diversity of classical advice with the advantage of seeing effect directly Organisational development: Analysis, evaluation and further development of existing structure and process structures in the context of the company Strategic advice: Development of concepts, target images and action recommendations for management and specialist areas Project management: structuring, prioritizing and accompanying complex transformation initiatives – from analysis to implementation Management support: Creating decision templates, presentations and analyses for management levels Cooperation: Close coordination with executives and relevant interfaces Methodology & Standards: Development of Methods, Tools and Best Practices in Transformation & Organisational Development Change & Communication: Support in the development of communication measures to successfully anchor change processes

You have a degree in the field of economics, management, natural sciences, engineering or engineering or have a comparable qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in consulting, especially in organisational development or in transformation projects with You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and recognize patterns, structures and fields of action quickly and safely You have a profound understanding of the structure, process and control structures of companies and their further development You have demonstrable experience in managing complex projects and work independently and structured You stand up sovereignly at all hierarchical levels and can communicate complex content clearly, understandably and convincingly You work independently, solution-oriented and reliable and attach great value to high quality You enjoy working together in the team, appreciate the open exchange and can win stakeholders for common goals You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Nobody is perfect!
