As part of our team, you take the following tasks: You are responsible for the personnel planning for your support area across all relevant planning horizons (VCP, Budget, Forecast; External: Long-term planning, Budgeting, Forecast) and ensure predictive, efficient resource management. You tax the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including the calculation and booking of personnel provisions and present the results to the auditor in a sovereign way. You analyze and evaluate HR key figures and then guide strategic and operational recommendations for management. You ensure high HR data quality and continuously opt for it as a basis for valid, internationally oriented reporting and meaningful analyses. You take the internal coordination and interface management to international sales organisations and acquired companies – including data processing and integration into the global HR reporting. You are responsible for external coordination with all service providers of the sales subsidiaries and acquisitions related to HR data provision and at any time for proper accounting. As a savings ring partner and consultant, you support internal and external stakeholders in all issues relating to personal economic indicators within the HR controller. You actively participate in HR-relevant projects, take part project lines and advance the standardization and further development of the HR-KPI system. You support the onboarding and integration of new M&A companies into our group structure (PMI Re-Design Project).

You have a degree in economics or an MINT degree course, ideally focusing on human resources, controlling, statistics, data science or a comparable qualification. You bring a sound understanding of HR controlling, reporting and HR processes along the employee lifecycle. You bring very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO including BW and use it safely in the HR-Controlling environment. You are characterized by a pronounced analytical way of thinking and you are able to independently create and interpret economic analysis, meaningful evaluations and deviation analyses. You have experience in working with international initiatives and projects, for example in the optimization of planning and reporting processes, and you are structuring and solution-oriented. You have a high level of communication and will certainly be a contact person and consultant for the management of the care areas as well as for further internal and external stakeholders. You have a very high technical affinity and work at expert level with Excel. In addition, you have experience in building BI dashboards and in the professional management of HR key figures. Your very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
