IT infrastructure manager with a focus on SAP Basis and IT support

For our team, we are looking for an experienced specialist in IT infrastructure and application support for our location in Hamburg or Berlin, which is responsible for the professional management and continuous development of our IT systems, including the SAP systems (ERP/S4Hana) and other technical applications. As a competent specialist, you actively contribute to the optimization of existing structures and to the implementation of new processes. The following challenges await you in this exciting function: Control and coordination of our external service providers as part of the management incl. Monitoring and optimization of ITIL processes Planning, support and implementation of technical changes to our SAP and non-SAP systems (Linux/Windows) Participation in the S4Hana migration together with our team Drive platform innovations towards cloud Technical support for our key users and application managers in various systems Working in projects and ensuring the quality of project results

You fit us and this exciting position when you bring: Completed studies in (economic) informatics, natural/engineering sciences or comparable IT training Relevant professional experience as an IT expert in the field of SAP Basis - ERP/S4Hana and knowledge in other technical applications Experience in supporting non-SAP systems and infrastructure Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is desirable Knowledge of Delivery Pipelines & Experiences with Infrastructure as a Code A way of working, characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
