You can move a lot with us. They are responsible for the control of the design as well as the realization and timely implementation of new and remodeling measures in the branch sector. They take over the technical control of external architects, specialist planners and construction service providers in the project. They bear the responsibility of the cost budget and take care of the independent preparation and implementation of the award negotiations. They are responsible for controlling the construction site, acceptance and quality and cost control. They represent the interests of REWE Group to planners, authorities and executive companies as expert contractors. They support sales and the region as a conceptual contact person. They are responsible for supporting the stock markets in furnishing questions.

You can become part of our team. Your successfully completed technical studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering as well as your interest in sustainable building and operation of commercial properties. Their multiannual industry-specific professional experience in construction or in the planning and realization of construction projects, ideally in trade. Their first experiences with common CAD systems (Auto Cad) are desirable. Your willingness to travel regionally and your class B driving licence. Your independent and independent work as well as your ability to enforce. Your team skills and your strong negotiation skills.
