Process Analyst & Production Planning Coordinator (m/w/d)

They actively contribute to the design and development of manufacturing strategies They support the production line in organizational, planning and strategic issues They prepare the personnel planning and agree closely with the master planning and the personnel department They work in the visualisation and preselection of applicants They analyse the production capacities and order situation for deriving appropriate measures They initiate projects for targeted implementation of improvements and actively identify optimization potentials They analyze and organize operational processes and develop their continuous development They conduct analyses to continuously improve production and process processes through They coordinate external service providers and foreign companies in the production environment You report directly to the production line They identify inefficiencies in processes, conduct optimizations and support their sustainable implementation together with the Departments They actively engage in shopfloor management and promote cross-departmental cooperation They support the introduction and application of lean management methods You regularly create reports and analyses based on manufacturing-specific data They define relevant KPIs and develop a coordinated reporting system You create meaningful documentation and reports on the implementation of planned measures They carry out production-specific cost analyses and monitor the budget You participate in cross-site project agreements and actively contribute your know-how You organize meetings, including preparation and follow-up of relevant documents

They have a degree in mechanical engineering, business management (BWL) or a comparable qualification They bring professional experience in several of the areas mentioned They are characterized by a pronounced communication capability You have sound business knowledge You have knowledge of the human resources You have experience and knowledge in the field of operations, ideally in machining and welding technology They have knowledge of occupational safety You are safe to use the current MS Office software You have experience with the ERP system SAP R/3 You have good English skills in word and writing
