The Recruiting team develops and implements strategies for recruiting and binding employees. It is responsible for the entire recruiting process, designing the positioning as an attractive employer, and advises executives in matters of personnel recovery. Together with personnel management, marketing and management, the team is working to sustainably strengthen our employer brand. For our Tübingen site, we are looking for a team leader Recruiting (m/w/d) at the next possible time, full-time and unlimited.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a four-person recruiting team Development and implementation of a future-oriented recruiting and employer branding strategy, including selection and control of suitable channels, processes and tools Close cooperation with specialist departments, management and external partners to realize accurate recruiting solutions Ensuring an efficient, modern and positive application process and introducing innovative methods (e.g. Active Sourcing, Automation, AI-based solutions) Responsibility for recruiting and employer branding key figures and continuous optimization of measures Selection and control of external partners (e.g. personnel consultants, job exchanges, multiposters, tools) In addition to the aforementioned tasks, operational recruiting for selected departments

Complete studies (e.g. economics, social sciences, economic psychology with a focus on staff) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in recruiting and leadership experience Funded know-how for recruiting trends, social media and digital employer branding Experience in project management and the handling of modern recruiting tools (knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors are of advantage) Good knowledge of working, social and business constitutional law and the AGG Enforcement, sovereign appearance and high communicative competence Responsibility, organisational skills and resilience Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
