Commercial Officer / Property and Maintenance Coordinator (

Our client is an internationally established company with a nationwide site network. For the Hamburger Support Office we are looking for a commercial speaker / an object and maintenance coordinator (m/w/d) who has the pleasure of taking responsibility, optimizing processes and actively shaping the infrastructure of numerous locations.

In this versatile position you combine organizational skills with technical and commercial understanding. You coordinate external partners, keep a wide range of topics in mind and provide smooth processes with pragmatic solutions. You will benefit from short decision-making, close cooperation with the management and plenty of space for your own ideas.

Responsibility for the support and continuous development of the building, facility and shop infrastructure of a nationwide site network Control and coordination of external service providers, craft businesses, suppliers and landlords Construction and maintenance of a reliable network of service and maintenance partners Support in rental contract management as well as in real estate business issues Examination and processing of additional cost accounting in cooperation with external partners Coordination, prioritisation and follow-up of requests and measures via a ticket system Participation in location-related projects and the optimization of processes in facility and property management Close and trusting cooperation with the management

Completed commercial, technical or property training or a comparable qualification First professional experience in facility management, property management, building management, real estate management or a comparable area Embossed hand-on mentality and joy in taking responsibility and pragmatically implementing issues Commercial understanding and experience in dealing with offers, budgets and audits Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Quick understanding and the ability to question existing processes and develop processes Communication strength, negotiation skills and a professional appearance towards different contact persons German language skills and secure English skills
