Self-fulfilment of the monthly pay bill for a defined area of our German companies. Responsibility for the time economy and travel cost accounting within your area of responsibility. Creation and maintenance of work contracts, allowances, certificates and certificates. Competent contact person for employees, supervisors and authorities and social security institutions. Active participation in HR projects and management support in the application of personnel systems.

You have a completed commercial training or a study. Multiannual professional experience in pay accounting and sound knowledge in tax and social security law. Safe handling of common accounting and time management systems, ideally P&I Loga and AIDA. Very good user knowledge in MS Word and Excel. A high IT affinity, a fast understanding and a hands-on mentality. You are a trusted personality with high reliability and service orientation. Very good German knowledge
