Machine operators up to 26.76 EUR/hour (m/f/d)

We are looking for a machine operator (m/w/d) for our well-known client in Fürth.

Your task area

• Operating and monitoring of processing machines and production plants in series production
• equipping the machines with materials and workpieces as well as triggering and monitoring the manufacturing process
• Eliminating simple disturbances or introducing appropriate measures at machine standstills
• Implementation of simple corrections for dimensional deviations via the user interface
• Loading of printing and fitting programs
• Easy setup and refurbishment of conventional or CNC-controlled machines according to specifications
• Switching of tools, workpiece holders and feeders according to work instructions
• Adjust predetermined machine parameters such as speed, feed or conveyor technology
• Production and testing of initial parts as well as adjustment of parameters according to specifications
• Quality control of manufactured parts with common measuring devices and documentation of test results
• sorting out faulty parts and correction of unambiguous errors
• Easy maintenance and cleaning after maintenance plan
• Provide materials and support in inventory control

Your profile

• Multiannual professional experience in industrial production or series production
• Technical understanding and careful working
• Secure handling of the PC
• readiness for shiftwork
• German knowledge at least at level B1
• Quality awareness and reliability and team capability
